For many Germans, Denmark is a desirable country; more and more of our compatriots are emigrating to Denmark than ever before. Anyone who goes hiking has to find somewhere to stay at some point in the future. As a rule, it doesn’t have to be a luxury house; – but what if it does? How much does a villa cost in Denmark, for example in Odense, the big city on Funen? – Here are the 5 most expensive houses currently on the real estate market in this city. Our source for this can be one of the largest real estate portals in Denmark: Boliga.

A spacious 10,665 square meter property, built in 1800, 6 rooms on a living area of 313 square meters. This villa has also only been on the market for two days. There was no question in our minds that it could be purchased; the house definitely fits our style.

The villa was built in 2009 and has 383 square meters of living space in 6 rooms. This is already the third house on the same street, Hunderupvej, which we as potential consumers should be afraid of. Will a motorway soon run through the district or are there plans to build a wastewater treatment plant there? What do the sellers know?
The villa has been on the market for five days, so as far as we know it could still be on the bestseller list. Our dream home is still number four.
